Is there a deposit?
Yes. We do require a non-refundable 25% deposit upon booking to secure your spot. If you cancel within 48 hours notice, your deposit will be credited to your account with us! If you cancel last minute, after the 48 hours notice, we will retain your deposit and you will be required to pay a new deposit if you'd like to book again. The only exception is due to unsafe weather conditions

BayLyn's experience can set up on grass, turf, asphalt, concrete, pavers, or inside a venue or home. Unfortunately, we are not able to under any circumstances, set up on rocks, gravel, or dirt. This will damage the bounce house.
